This was sent to me along with a load of other links,im working on a shoe design for a client and this along with more was sent as inspiration, i think its a very good example of work sitting outside the area of design your working in being a really good resource ,i think if you use ideas just set within your area than the work you produce wont move anywhere new
so for example if we just looked at shoe design than i would most definetly find it harder to make something coming close to original in this area.
looking at something like this takes me instantely away from what i might ordinerily produce for this project and makes think about the project from a new and interesting angle
ya dig?
mat m
i make no appoligises for my poor spelling
Yeah man i dig ya MM. Ive tried making something new before without looking elsewhere to find inspiration or other ways of doing things and it just doesnt move on from what you have already done. So yeah, i hear you.
ReplyDeleteThe movie itself was crazy, i felt ill at some points, but most of the time i was lost on the planet surface, well thats how i saw it.
nice post Captain
Says on his site that he's making a web version that you can edit. Should be super relaxing with some chilled music.
